Follow Sean's advice in this chapter, and stay at the top of Google. Dismiss his advice and you risk getting banned or penalized. Don't be fooled. Some search engine optimization companies do use techniques that can get you banned.

Overall, Rankings Revealed by Sean Burns is a must have resource for anyone wishing to become an expert in search engine optimization. Rankings Revealed does concentrate on Google - but we agree with Sean that Google is the only search engine that warrants optimization at present.
