Neil Shearing is one of those marketers that was online long before I was. He is well known amongst the marketing community, and someone I always saw as a mentor, or someone to emulate, as I began my own quest online.
Neil has just released "Passive Cash Flow Secrets" which consists of a series of videos, transcripts, and some great bonuses. I had a preview of these videos and watched them earlier this week, so thought I would give you my thoughts on them.
Passive income is something that has been a part of my own business for quite some time, and is always a top priority when looking to develop new income streams.
Let me give you an example of passive inc0me that you are probably already familiar with - Adsense. You spend time creating web pages, and stick Adsense on them. Once that page is uploaded, you can largely forget about it. Of course, you need links pointing to the page, but as long as you do things right, that one page will continue to make you money for a long time. Let's suppose you had 100 pages like this, and made $200 a month from those pages. That $200 is passive inc0me. Once setup, you don't need to continue working for that $200. It's automatic, it's passive. You can go on holiday for a month, and at the end of the month, your $200 check will arrive as normal.
Adsense is just one form of passive inc0me. There are many others, and this course explores some of the ways in which Neil makes passive income. Neil will even shows you some of his sites that are making that inc0me.
In one video, he'll show you the URL of an automated site he created, using nothing but PLR content, that makes up to $83 in one day. That's not bad for a PLR content site. There is nothing to stop you replicating Neil's exact methods, since he is now selling the script he used for creating this automated site. Neil goes through a number of other potentially passive streams, showing you how his own business has benefited from them, like the one affiliate program that has so far netted him around $27,000 in one year, and continues to make money, month after month, without Neil lifting a finger. All the work was done setting it up, which is the real secret to passive income.
