Rosalind Gardner's Super Affiliate Handbook costs under $50. That is not much money when you consider the rewards that are possible from such a manual - certainly eBooks like James Martell's Affiliate Marketers Handbook are considerably more expensive. So does Rosalind Gardner's Super Affiliate Handbook live up to all the hype surrounding it, and more importantly, if you followed the guidelines laid down by Rosalind Gardner, would you make money?
What the Super Affiliate Handbook is not
It is not a get rich quick guide - if this is what you want, go search google for "get rich quick", but be prepared to get ripped off.
It does not tell you how to make money without working at the process - if this is what you want, buy more lottery tickets.
It does not tell you how to get top search engine rankings for free - if this is what you want, try reading Sean Burn's Rankings Revealed.
What Rosalind Gardner's Super Affiliate Handbook is:
The Super Affiliate Handbook is an outstanding tutorial which takes you step by step to creating an online business using affiliate programs.
It is a guide on how to get traffic from Pay Per Click search engines, and convert that traffic from visitor to buyer.
The first 40+ pages of this 268 page guide take you through the initial steps of setting up a business, including making sure you have the right hardware & software, signing up as an affiliate, and general information on what to expect from this type of lifestyle.
The Super Affiliate Handbook then takes you by the hand to help you research profitable ideas for your business. It highlights useful resources and affiliate networks where you can sign up to become affiliates for a large number of merchants. Rosalind Gardner guides you through choosing the best programs to join - what to look for and probably more importantly what to avoid. The level of detail during planning sections of the Super Affiliate Handbook is awesome.
Once your site is built, Rosalind describes how to attract visitors to your site. Her preferred method is using pay-per-click search engines. That means paying for visitors, who may, or more often may not, buy anything. There are a lot of pitfalls to using pay per click advertising, so you really do need to heed the advice of a veteran. Follow Rosalind Gardner's advice in the Super Affiliate Handbook, but also read more on the subject.
She highlights plenty of methods for promoting your website both free, paid, online & offline. Rosalind also highlight some important no-nos. You can quickly get into trouble with online marketing if you don't follow protocols. Rosalind Gardner's Super Affiliate Handbook is great for beginners wanting an overall tutorial for making money with affiliate program. However, I still prefer James Martell's Affiliate Marketers Handbook - even though it is three times the cost, it is in my opinion, still a better buy. James has a lot more nitty gritty of how to build a profitable business without the need for pay-per-click advertising. For the more seasoned affiliate marketer who wants to get into Pay-per-click, I would recommend Google Cash instead of the Super Affiliate Handbook. Just concentrate on using Google Adwords until you are more comfortable with the pay-per-click model.
Why not read Rosalind Gardner's sales letter for the Super Affiliate Handbook. It may help you make up your mind.
